I could start this by telling you that electrofitness is the best full body workout but I thought about writing something more constructive and informative.

So, if you’re reading this, you could be disillusioned or maybe just curious. Anyway, if you’re wondering whether electrostimulation really works, here is something that may be of interest to you!

For sure, electrofitness works. In fact, many medical professionals and studies highlighted the benefits and the efficiency of this method, especially for your health.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO WORKOUT WITH EMS TRAINING?

EMS training assures you a complete development of your muscle mass and. In addition, it will take you much less time than with a normal workout.

In 20 minutes twice a week, you get the same results as 2 to 3 hours twice a week… So, why are you hesitating?

Normally, every electrofitness session can last between 5 minutes and 1 to 2 hours including heating up and stretching. We recommend you to always comply with the program duration you chose. Then, you’re sure about doing the right thing and not pushing it too much.

Concerning the training frequency, if you’re training with an integral EMS suit you shouldn’t train more than 3 times a week and you better train with electrostimulation only twice a week to let your muscles recover between each session and to prevent lesions and injuries.

REQUIREMENTS TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS WITH EMS TRAINING

Electrofitness allows you combining time saving and better results. However, if you want to achieve your goals with electrostimulation, you have to use an advanced and homologated technology equipment.

As many EMS equipments are selling on the electrostimulation market, you have to be really careful with the one you choose. In fact, we recommend you to have a look among those that conform to current regulations

If you are using an integral advanced EMS equipment, as long as you are training with a personal trainer specialized and in accordance with the characteristics and particularities of each individual, you are secure and assured that you will achieve your goals!

Thanks to this workout routine, you’ll be able to strengthen your muscles,  to tonify your body, to have more resistant muscle fibers, to oxygenate your muscles and to prevent muscle fatigue.

Concerning the results, some scientific experiments have shown that we can see a clear improvement of the muscle tone and physical condition after 3 to 4 weeks using electrical muscle stimulation

HOW EXHAUSTING IS EMS TRAINING?

Electrical muscle stimulation isn’t a voluntary muscle activation system, and it doesn’t require an extra effort.

But, depending on the exercise you can feel tired which is normal depending on the program.

Also, as the muscle stimulator increases gradually the muscle contraction you don’t need to wonder about your tendons and joints, they are safe from lesions and injuries. Although, the exercise is intense so it’s normal to feel muscle aches and pains at the beginning just as if you were starting to workout with free weights.

EMS TRAINING DOESN’T HANDLE ALL THE WORK

Yet, you can’t stay in the stereotype that transmits the image of laying on the sofa while using electrostimulation.

Therefore, if you’re not leading a daily life based on healthy food and exercising, an EMS equipment won’t help you achieving your goals (tonification, weight loss, muscle growth, glutes…).

Most importantly, you have to be careful and to think about the reason why you want to use a muscle stimulator: is it to sustain a healthy lifestyle or do you only count on it to get you fit? Always remember that motivation is the key to success.

As a result, if you want something, you have to give yourself the means to do it. As people say, no pain no gain
