As we have done by defining the most important aspects to determine the quality of the EMS training machine, we will do it with the electrostimulation suit or vest.

KEYS AND TIPS TO CHOOSE YOUR ELECTROSTIMULATION VEST

Your electrostimulation suit must:

Be easy to assemble/disassemble

Hygiene is one of the most important factors. We recommend that you choose an electrostimulation suit or vest that allows you to connect and disconnect the cables easily. To ensure this, simply check that the cables are visible and they are not hidden.

Remember that if they are very hidden it will be nice, but not very functional.

Both the change from one user to another and the change of cables per wash should be an easy and simple task in order to speed up the process as much as possible.

Allow training customization

We want our electrostimulation suit to be adapted to the user.

How can we personalize the training with reference to the electrostimulation suit?

The ideal suit should allow you to modify the position of the electrodes inside it. Each sportsman or woman has a different body with different measurements and proportions.

If you want to provide an excellent service, you will have to personalize your trainings.

Be manufactured in one piece

Currently, you can find two-piece suits. However, this could be an inconvenience, which you will not notice until you try it out.

If we use a two-piece electrostimulation suit, it is very likely that the bottom will slip and come loose during training.

As far as possible, we recommend the use of a one-piece EMS training suit.

Make sure that it also has regulators to adapt the size to the user.

Have a textile layer that covers the electrodes

We recommend that you choose a combination of electrostimulation in which the electrodes are covered with a textile layer to conserve the conductor’s humidity (water) and thus avoid possible burns from a dry electrode.

Combine freedom of movement and resistance

Find the perfect balance between freedom of movement (flexibility) and resistance (quality-manufactured material).

For example, neoprene and lycra in appropriate proportions are the perfect combination to achieve this.

Reinforcement of stress zones

A professional electrostimulation suit should have additional reinforcement in the areas where it suffers the most. The suit’s resistance in these areas should be greater than in any other.

These areas of tension are located on the hip, where the top and bottom parts of the suit meet.
